Financial Policy
To maintain the practice of operations and prevent potential misunderstandings, we ask patients to accept and adhere to the following financial agreements regarding their dental treatment.
Dental Financing
For non-insurance patients, full payment is due on the date of service.
Dental Insurance
For insurance patients, full payment of estimated co-pay/deductible is due on the day of service, Please understand that you are ultimately responsible for all fees generated by your treatment. For those with insurance, Evers Dental Center works to help all patients maximize their insurance benefits.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Full Pay Cash Discount: We offer a 5% accounting courtesy for all treatment that is paid in full (cash or check) at the time of scheduling.- Healthy Smiles Savings Plan: this is our in-house dental savings plan.
- Term Dental Loan: By arrangement payment plans through GreenSky.
Broken appointments
A specific amount of time is reserved especially for you and we strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments. If you must change your appointment, we require at least 48 business hours notice to avoid a $65 cancellation fee (emergencies are an exception).
